I have a couple original art books belonging to a William Koeller estate.   Possibly Pennsylvania, likely Hoboken NJ area as this is where one of his books was purchased.   Clearly some German background.
This book has 5 beautiful pencil art sketches shown.
All original.

Book measures approx 7.75" x 11".

Overall very good condition.   There are some blank pages in the book too.
