2 Ways to Use This Lip Liner
1. Line just outside your natural lip line, from your Cupid’s bow to your outer corners, and from the center of your lower lip, outward (this will help you get the smoothest lines).
2. Use the pencil to fill in your entire lip. Top with lipstick, gloss, a combo of both, or leave it as is.
