This pair of vintage PCTO mechanical pencils is a unique find for collectors. These pencils were promotional items for the 2000 US Census. One of the pencils features an eraser and a retractable protective sleeve, making it perfect for on-the-go use. Both pencils appear to use 0.5mm lead. A great addition to any pencil collection or a nostalgic piece of US Census history.
