Company: Schalk Chemical Company Antique Peter Putter's Plaster Pencil created by Schalk Chemical Company in the 1930's-1940's and guaranteed by Good Housekeeping Magazine. The label describes using this pencil to be "the quick modern way to fill fine-line cracks and nicks in plaster, wallboard, woodwork." Although this item no longer works as intended, the original plaster still remains inside the tube as a solid chunk. This item is in good condition. There are a few scratches and imperfections, but the graphic is intact and clean. The lid of the pen has a small amount of tarnish on the tin. Inside, the item is clean. The original plaster is contained within and can be slid out.
