Each pencil is not the same as they are hand painted so a very unique gift for the favorite teacher, a unique pencil collector or to use in your everyday life.        Issues:  As this is a new in sealed manufacturer packaging there should be no significant issues with item and packages, but also as they are over 23 years old the pencil could have some mild dings to the exterior or small marks but  they do not affect the key purpose of the pencil to be sharpened and used as a pencil.
