Artist's Sketchbook, Ron Yrabedra Florida A & M Professor

The book is by no means full. There are 43 pages of drawings & sketches, a few of birds & animals, a couple human, but the bulk are art objects from Africa, ancient Egypt & south-west Native American.One of the 2 pieces in the first photo was later turned into a ceramic form by Yrabedra & was purchased out of his home in a recent estate sale. Several of the other pieces were also inspiration for other ceramic pieces he did. There are notes on several pages, apparently for his teaching, and at the end are 3 pages of love poetry. This was purchased at the recent estate sale at his home. I can't decide how good he was as an artist, but there is no doubt he was a well loved local character for years.
