All items will be shipped within 1-2 business days from the date  payment is received. Orders placed on Friday after 11am through Sunday will ship on Mondays. Average delivery time to US addresses is 3-5 business days. Average international delivery time is 10-25 days. Delivery times are calculated from the date of shipment, not purchase date.

All items are shipped from the USA. The buyer is responsible for all customs duties, brokerage fees, and taxes, these charges are NOT included in the shipping costs. We will not label items as a"gift and actual value will be entered on custom forms. 

For international buyers, most orders arrive to European destinations in 10-21 days. Shipments can get delayed in customs and can take  longer than 21 days. Please allow 30 days before contacting us regarding a lost or missing order. Other worldwide destinations can take a lot longer.

We accept payments through paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express (Amex) and Discover.

Your satisfaction is important. If your item is defective in any way, a return will be accepted within 7 days of confirmed delivery. After that any problems due to defects must go through the manufacturer. We will reimburse you for any return shipping costs once we have received the returned item. If another item is available for exchange, it will be shipped out upon receipt of the returned item.

In the event that you change your mind about an item after it has been paid for and shipped, a refund will be given. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

We will give a full refund if you purchase and pay for an item and change your mind before it has been shipped.  Your will receive an email from eBay asking you to mutually agree not to continue with the transaction. This e-mail from eBay assists us in getting our seller fees reimbursed.

Please contact us if you purchase an item and change your mind before making the payment. We will agree not to continue with the transaction but please let us know.

Unfortunately, there are occassions when  packages get lost during shipment. Please buy with confidence as we do not hold the buyer responsible for lost items. We will send a replacement item or give a refund once we have tried to track and trace the item through the United States Postal Service (if not buying from within the US, then your government postal service will be contacted.)
