It has recently been removed from it's original frame and is in excellent condition with the exception of fade marks on the back and a small amount on the front. The actual scenic picture measures 11- 1/4".
In the mid 1850's, at the time of the American Revolution, the "surrender room" is located in the Moore House.
Virginia's Governor Spotswood once lived in this house.
