Instructional Art Artist Hardcover book MB3 Please read this listing in its entirety, as it may answer some questions that you may have. I purchased approximately 150 art / artist books at a local auction, via the estate of a local artist. Each book will be listed separately, but I have opted to pay Pricetronic the delayed starting time fee per listing, so that they all start at the very same time. I did so for a few reasons, but mostly because I figured there might be a certain author, subject matter, editor, etc. that you might be specifically interested in and by listing them all simultaneously, you will know that all books that I have from this estate are currently listed and I
can combine shipping for multiple purchases.
99% of the books are what I refer to as instructional books, but what some publishers may refer to as reference books. When I say instructional, what I mean is they are "how to" artists / painters books.
Please look at the pictures carefully prior to purchase. I have pictured both the front and back of all books. As far as I can tell, all books that should have dust covers, do in fact still have those dust covers. The books were privately owned and not former library books. They show what I call general wear, but they are from a non smoking home and they do not have any funky or strange smells like must or anything like that. In my opinion, the books are all very nice and clean, but they do show minor wear such as a crinkle or tear here and there in a dust cover. I didn't look at every page of every book, but I did briefly flip through them and I didn't see any writing or notes or highlighting or anything like that. Just nice books from a pretty affluent painter.
When I list the total # of pages, that will be the total # of pages as per the publisher. That will include indexes.
The prices that you see are not asking pricing or best offer prices. I am setting them up for "free shipping" even though we both know there is nothing free about shipping. Just like there's nothing free about boxes, bubble wrap, tape, fragile stickers, ink toner and especially gasoline to get your items to the shipper. It's free to you, but certainly not to me. By my calculations, each package will cost me approximately $11 in various fees from Pricetronic and for shipping supplies and general costs. I will ship in boxes while also utilizing bubblewrap in those boxes for added security and safety. My intention is to ship via media mail to keep shipping costs as low as possible. However please note that media mail can be and often is very slow. So, if you need the book in a hurry, you must let me know prior to payment and I can give you your shipping options. I ship next business day after payment is made, but I can't control USPS, Fed Ex or UPS once I hand them your package. Tracking #s will automatically be uploaded in the Pricetronic system, so if you want to know where your package is, you can just click on that tracking #. Why do I tell you all of this? So you don't contact me offering $10 for a book, that I didn't get for free to begin with and that will cost me $11 in various fees to mail to you.
