Pencil is solid 14k, pencil is *NOT* plated, rolled, dipped or laminated ORO 585 LAM (that’s Italian for 14k but, this bad boy’s made in the US of A...pencil is in good working order however; the end piece has come loose but, alone ...end piece needs to be reattached in a more professional manner ...currently end piece has been placed into the end so it does not fall out however; it is included as a detached piece but, nonetheless available just needs to be tached back on because unlike and lucky for you is bound by the laws of physics and will not unlike a tachyon travels behind the speed warp @ the barrels orphus but, gets trapped sorta like a shim at the end but, though a soft metal, it’s mixed with brass like a fifty fifty 50/50 combo basically a blend; fits perfectly just how Mr. A.T. likely Intends, in the event it becomes detached I mean it fits right in after placed w/in after you lock it in as it resends perfectly coddled until it gets rem-end. l could have glued it back in but, i am no pro and would feel terrible if you went to use it, only to find, that it had come loose even worse been lost...I’m suresome of you did, wouldn’t or couldn’t be replaced ($HTF$) would be impossible if; I mean but; I’ll sell the end piece today (btw it’s also 14k mixed with polyvinyl odium blended hints hints, that’s just how they’re made I believe there might be a rubber band and I’m putting in on some o’that blue or green Lock Tite to make sure that it sticks or maybe an epoxy; I really couldn’t say if you could, If I may; you might benefit by being so refurbishment intelligent & oh btw A.T. Cross will fix’m for the life of the instrument as long as it exists, they’ll fix it for free or replace it trying, that goes for the mechanics though I think can’t fix what’s lost and doesn’t replace gold and def not the pen(cil), so fingers crossed 🤞 that it breaks ). piece right now for $350 If you would like...better pictures to show this please ask and I’ll send.
