Set includes a pvc case, postcards, notepad, envelopes, 4 pencils, wax sticker seal sheet, and label sticker roll (missing the pens and one of the seal sheets). In good pre-owned condition with some wear from storage such as cracks/dents to the case, some bending to the envelopes, and marks to the front of the notepad as pictured. A fun set perfect for any Haunted Mansion fan!
