Eagle Turquoise 4h Pencil

One of our vintage pencil listings! Here we have a box of 9 pencils from Eagle.   Turquoise Drawing Pencils, in 4H hardness.  With the original box. The box originally contained 12 pencils.    Just 9 pencils are included here. These are unused pencils, not sharpened in the factory. The box is intact, with just a minor amount of rubbing wear at the corners and a slight bump at one of the top corners. Made in USA. The pencils are 7 inches long.  The box is 7-1/8" X 2" X 3/4". One of the pencils has a small chip at one end - see photos. Wonderful colors and Art Deco design! Dated on the side as 1936.   Though the date almost certainly refers to the copyright date, not necessarily the date that the pencils were made.    I do suspect that these are from somewhere between the late 40's to middle 50's. To be mailed out in a sturdy BOX !
