An Eclectic Mix of Estate, Handmade & New Items East 5th Dark Gray Tweed Pencil Skirt with Ruffle Bottom Mermaid Hem Size 14 Excellent condition - please see photos Item shown is the one you'll receive This is a very nice retro mermaid hem type pencil skirt. The flounce (ruffle) at the bottom is twice as long as the skirt before the ruffle starts. The fabric has a tweed look but is lighter weight. High waisted with loops for a wide belt. Measurements are approximate and taken lying flat and unstretched. Waist: 17" Width at seam just below waist: 19" Length: 27.5" Width at bottom hem above flounce/ruffle: 22.5" Actual length of the fabric included in flounce/ruffle: 44.25" Clothing and shoes are stored in my smoke and (mostly!) pet free third story or commercial building once they have been gone over and prepped for sale. Items are hanging in garment bags or stored in plastic tubs. You will never get something from me that has ruined shoulders from hanging.
