Plus, a handy sharpener is built into every pencil cap. The pencils are highly concentrated with pigment so pressing hard and repeating the line is not necessary. Application is silky smooth and the colors will last for hours. Application is silky smooth without pulling the delicate skin around your eyes. Every eye accent pencil can be applied above and below your eye to bring dramatic effects & to enhance both day and evening looks. Layer and/or smudge the shades for a sexy finish. Shrink Wrap Removal: Hold the pencil firmly in one hand and twist the cap counter clock wise so the blade is not going to sharpen the pencil as you are twisting. The shrink wrap will snap apart. Gently remove the plastic from the sharpener cap. The plastic will slide off the barrel without much effort. For Sharpening: Insert pencil into sharpener cap, make one full turn, remove the pencil and check pencil point. This method will avoid over sharpening and waste.
