Framed Original Pencil Drawing 'Owl Eyes' by Mary Czechan Coldren Being offered for your consideration is this framed original pencil drawing titled 'Owl Eyes' by local artist Mary Czechan Coldren. The pencil drawing was exhibited and purchased at the MAIYA Gallery in Sacramento, CA. The artwork features a close-up realistic pencil drawing of an owl with yellow orange eyes. The remainder of the drawing is done in a grey graphite color. The artist signature is somewhat hidden within the drawing on the lower right and reads: Czechan '10 .  It is beautifully framed under glass with a thick beveled matte board. The frame is made of a silvery grey metal and is ready to be placed on the wall. On the backside is the hand written title ' Owl Eyes ' with the MAIYA Gallery label attached. A delightful original work of art for the wildlife collector! Mary Czechan Coldren: She was born and raised in rural Wisconsin and received her BS in Art Education from the University of Wisconsin in 1968. Her exhibitions over three decades have featured watercolor, pastel and oil paintings. She also does drawings and graphic media. Measurement: The frame measures approximately 12" in height x 14" in width x 1" deep. The drawing image measures approximately 7" x 5". The framed artwork weighs approximately 2 lbs, 11 ounces. The frame, glass and matte board is in excellent shape with not issues. The artwork is in excellent condition with no apparent tears, folds, stains, foxing or repairs.
