H Holtz "Flying Yankee" Vintage 1938 Impressionist Painting - Watercolor and Color Pencil on Paper Painting Details: Beautifully detailed and colorful painting depicting a serene nautical scene featuring a lone sailor on a sailboat named Flying Yankee and flying the East Turkestan Republic's Flag. It is signed on the lower left by H. Holtz and dated '38. It also features a nicely done minimalist black pencil sketch on the back. Size is Approximately 21 x 28 inches (53.3 x 71.1 cm). The painting is in very good condition with minor blemishes. It does have some staining on the back due to its being previously mounted on generic corrugated cardboard.
