This is not intentional. Please look at the photos carefully. In the event that a customer simply doesn't want the item, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and insurance. A refund will be issued upon receipt of item in the same condition it left our shop. A word about shipping costs: Packages are packed to the best of our ability but sometimes rough handling does occur. For this reason, orders over $25 USD are insured. Cost of shipping includes a quality box - we do not ship diecast cars in envelopes or bubble mailers. This includes loose cars.
