ITEM BEAUTY Brow Chow in Medium Brown Ultra Fine Brow Definer Size 0.26g [see note below] Last one I have for now & extremely hard to get more. New unopened unused. No box . Not sealed as it was manufactured Dual-ended, smudge-proof brow pencil fills, fluffs and shapes brows into place. The fine triangle tip of the pencil allows full control to fill and define, while a unique shaping paddle brush on the other end fluffs up brows to max out volume. An  Addison Rae ITEM BEAUTY product. NOTE: This item was featured by a subscription service. It is in a blue tube not the silver tube like Item Beauty shows on their site, but it is the same weight as on the Item Beauty website, just not the fancy silver tube. The brow color itself is 0.26g which equals 0.00917123 oz. Item Beauty uses the ounce weight instead of the gram weight. They round up 0.00917123 oz. and call it an even 0.01 oz on their website, but it's the same weight as this. The only difference is the tube it's in. Item Beauty uses a silver overcover over this exact same tube. But all they do is take this same blue pencil and put it inside that cover. If you look on the website you can see the blue tube sticking up out of the top of the silver overcover. THIS HAS BECOME A VERY HARD TO GET ITEM, CAUSING THE PRICE TO INCREASE RAPIDLY.
