Joan Rivers White Pencil

I love this skirt and have it in a large.  I loved it so much that I bought a smaller size for when I lose weight; however, I am struggling with the weight loss, so I am selling many of my smaller sizes. The skirt is lined, and the shell is 31% polyester, 67% cotton, and 2% spandex.  The lining is 100% polyester.  The waist has elastic in the back for comfort, but it's smooth in the front so it is slimming.  The skirt buttons and zips on the side.  It also has the cutest ruffle at the hem.  The waist is 30.5" unstretched.  The hips are around 40" and the length is 22".  I am a smoke free home, and I will also be listing other skirts in this style by Joan Rivers.  I do have the matching jacket listed.  I paid $63 plus shipping and tax for the jacket.
