L'oreal Pencil

Up for your consideration is a Loreal Pencil Perfect Carbon Black Eyeliner Full Size (Lot of 4) Not carded . These pencils are in excellent condition.  However, they are not in the package.  They have never been opened or used. I just wanted to let you know that I own all of my products.  Because of this, your items will be shipped out in a timely manner.  Most of my items are shipped the next morning, Monday through Friday.  Friday and weekend orders are shipped that following Monday.  I do allow extra handling time in case there is a snow storm that prevents me from taking my packages to the Post Office.
