Nanette Lepore Black And White Striped Pencil

Very nice Nanette Lepore skirt from the 2000's.  Outer fabric is 90% cotton/10% acetate.  Lining is 100% acetate.  Top is bound with black binding that can be tied in a bow just above a small cut-out triangle detail.  Skirt flares out slightly at the bottom end.  Size 4.
Measurements:
Waist measures ~14" across.  There is a little
wiggle room because of the bow.
Length is 21" from waist to bottom hem.
