- Item has been tested for full functionality and is in full working order with no major defects.

- Said packaging will be in less than perfect, or even potentially poor condition, including but not limited to old labels, extra tape, torn/missing/open plastic inner packaging, etc.
- Please see photos 5 through 9, and 10 through 14, for two different examples of damaged packaging. Either of these may not be the exact one sent out to the buyer, but each are a representation of the damaged manufacturer packaging. Damaged packaging can consist of holes, rips, extra tape, dents, old/extra labels, etc. all of which do not necessarily affect the integrity of the actual product within.
- Extra or Replacement lights may be missing or damaged.
- Some extremities of the artificial tree are likely to be a little bent from movement during shipment, this is normal even if purchased in store for just about any artificial tree and can simply be bent back into their correct place or place of your liking.
- Item will ship within approximately three (3) business days from purchase date.
- Absolutely no returns.
- Not liable for condition of packaging.
- Shipping via USPS, which may or may not require signature confirmation upon reception.
- For handling time, “business days” do not include Saturday, Sunday, or Federal holidays.
