Nylon gear 11t replacement for Hunt Boston model 17, 18 and 19 pencil sharpener 296A for motor shaft Hunt Boston Electric Pencil Sharpener Model 18 and 19 replacement plastic helical gear 11 teeth. Also fit many other sharpeners including X-Acto 18xx and 19xx series (motors with shaft diameter 3/16" (4.6mm)
This fine Nylon gear has improved design with 8mm wide face for better durability and performance

It fit snugly and won't slip of the shaft thanks to
fine tuned center hole configuration and 15 degree Helical angle
3D printed out of Nylon - tough and flexible plastic Only Nylons should be used for gears where a slippery surface is desired. All other materials (PLA, ABC, PET, etc.) will grind creating a plastic dust and eventually fail!
