Guaranteed vintage. Condition: Please use the zoom tool and examine the bullet pencil carefully. The bullet pencil may have, dings, dents, dimples, discoloration, creases, cracks, scuffs, scratches, splits, oxidation, fading, paint loss, paint residue, tears, a loose wrapper or other flaws. They could even bent or squashed or have a hole. It is not time-worthy to attempt to describe all the imperfections of a bullet pencil. The image is the best description. Feel free to ask for additional images, if needed. Erasers: Souvenir bullet pencils were issued generally from 1925-1975. Therefore,the erasers in bullet pencils on auction are generally from 47-97 years old. Consequently, they may be intact, partially intact, missing, discolored, deformed, stained, fragmented, degraded, dark, replaced, worn out or loose. If you are particular about the eraser, then ask questions before you bid. In some cases I have replaced a missing or ugly eraser with a better one. The pencil cap: I don't always photograph the pencil cap removed. If it is really important to you on a particular bullet pencil, ask for additional images. The wooden pencil within the cap : Most collectors don't care if there is a pencil stub inside the cap. One can easily insert their favorite color, shape or brand once they receive their bullet pencil. I usually include a pencil stub inside the cap, but it can somtimes be omitted. If it is really important to you, please mention it in the note section with your Paypal payment and I will double-check to be sure there is one.   Domestic S&H (in the U.S.) is $4.50 no matter how many single bullet pencil auctions you win this week IF you wait for a combined invoice and pay on ONE invoice. Outside the U.S., I will ship only to Canada and western Europe. --S&H to Canada and western Europe $16.50 up to 8 ounces (approx. 24 bullet pencils).  Small lots will be combined with larger lots at the S&H cost of the larger lots. --If you have any questions about S&H costs or anything else email me before bidding, please. To get a revised invoice with combined S&H simply contact me through the Contact Buyer messaging system and request a total. Then, I will send a new invoice with combined S&H. Or, simply wait while I methodically go through the completed auctions and send you a combined invoice. Shipping Time: --I typically ship in 2-5 business days, however, I am now advertising my S&H time as 15 business days just to give me a buffer for those occasions where I have 100-200 auctions ending on the same week.  --I still work full-time so shipping out that many auctions will take me several evenings, even working late nights.  --Some packages will ship in a couple business days, while others may ship in 5, 6 or possibly more business days. --I don't have a workforce of elves and don't ship by drone.
