Original Chalk Pastel And Pencil

I have here a beautifully drawn French Bulldog. The artist used charcoal pencil and chalk pastels. The detail is very fine. The artist signed in the right lower corner as well as initialed "J.B.". On the backside is possibly the title, written in Russian? There is other information and again, the artist signed and initialed. The artwork is done on an 11" x 14" sized paper. The overall frame measures 22" x 18" and the framed and double matted under glass. There is a sawtooth hanger so it is ready to display. It is dated 2004, which is when I purchased it.
