Original 5 cent School Pencil Dispenser with a reverse painted glass advertising sign and great graphic.
The machine operates with the push lever. The lock mechanism has no key, i was able to open it with a small key tho and a little wiggling. The mechanism looks like an easy replace. So we are selling this piece as is as a decoration piece.
