Patience by Jeremy Allen There are many firsts in a child's life: their first word, step, and of course their first haircut. Thanks for taking time to look at my art work. I started drawing (full time) in early 2018 after battling a disease that has taken away the majority of my vision. I had always loved drawing, but was afraid to take the leap into drawing. I finally decided that someday might never come, so I better start today. Drawing has always brought me joy and I am exited to share that joy any my world with you. When I found this photo in Popular Photography magazine by Kieth Napolitano, it gave me a great inspiration to create a poetic memory of what it was like for my son's first haircut. A memory I treasured because he fully trusted me at just over a year. He, his mother and I were all patient with each other and in result we bonded in the moment .I felt this piece symbolized that tender moment. This is an original drawing by Jeremy Allen. All pieces are done on acid free, medium-weight (70 lb.) drawing paper and finished with Sanford Prismacolor fixative spray to protect against UV light and smudging.
Drawing is 14 inches wide by 17 inches height and have a 1 inch hand drawn boarder.
Artwork ships directly from the Delightful Drawings Studio in a rigid tube mailer for protection.
