I have 7 NOS (New Out of Stock) Pentel SG15 0.5 MM Mechanical Pencils for purchase here. This gorgeous pencil is rare and hard to come by here in the United States as it was mainly sold in Japan. The SV/SG line of mechanical pencils writes exceptionally well. It has a distinctive middle ring, similar to a transmission gear. The tip, clip, and center ring are steel with gold trim, while the body is matte black. The steel lead reservoirs are not stamped in the typical 6‐digit yymmdd format. With that in mind, I estimate dating these pencils from the early to mid-1970s. I own many more variations of this model and can assure you these Pentel SG15s are great for everyday use. Buy one today before they disappear...
