This SLINKY BRAND pencil skirt with pull-on elastic waist is comfortable and easy care (washable poly blend). It's a flattering pencil style with black panels on the side for a trim look. All seasons skirt--would make a great winter to spring transition piece. It's in very good pre-owned condition without holes, tears, stains, rips, or smells. It's a size medium with a pproximate 14.5 (UNSTRETCHED) w aist and length ~24 inches. B-2
