Vintage 2 In 1 Automatic Letter Opener & Pencil

vintage 2 in 1 automatic dual mode d.c operated letter opener and pencil sharpner takes 4 c batteries not included or ac adapter not included model 610-8902. tested works if the pencil sharpener is powered it did not spin i don't know if it is powered and if it is i don't know how to turn it on. it did sharpen a pencil by turning pencil. letter opener is powered. it says on box comes with 2 new blades i don't know if they are inside the unit but they are not in the box and i did not take it apart looking for them.
