Beautiful vintage 80s does 40s peplum wiggle dress. White with all over neutral color floral print. Short sleeves. Mock neck. Matching belt. Button back. Cotton. Best fits a modern XXs or slimmer XS depending on desired fit. There is no stretch. Dress was tight on my XS dress form with a 32 in bust and 25.5 in waist.
