Vintage Ann Adams Note Card Dog Bicentennial Jeannie Polio Artist Pencil Drawing Vintage Ann Adams Blank Note Card. An original design and pencil drawing from the 1970s by acclaimed artist, Ann Adams, a polio patient whose drawings are done by holding a pencil between her teeth. Each original drawing takes up to two months to complete. Black and white cover design is rendered in incredible detail and features a patriotic Dachshund wearing an Uncle Sam hat. The card is captioned "Bicentennial Jeannie". The inside of the card is blank. Would make a wonderful framed work of art! Includes a matching envelope with additional hand drawn pencil art work. Measures approx. 5 1/2" x 4". In very good, unused condition. Please see pictures for more details.
