Vintage Garland TTO Mechanical Pencil Advertising Providence RI Leach Machinery A vintage twist to operate Garland mechanical pencil.  A burgandy (red) barrel and ribbed chrome cap that was a promotional/advertising item for H. Leach Machinery Co. of Providence, Rhode Island.  Made in the USA. Good vintage cosmetic condition.  Fair to good operating condition with twist mechanism a bit stiff. Payment must be made within 2 days of auction's end unless other arrangements are approved by seller. Shipping from Sacramento California only to locations in the USA.  I do not ship internationally.  Shipping rate is based on Sacramento CA 95821 to your location.
