Vintage Mechanical Girl Scout Brownie Pencil

My mom (b 1938) loved being in Girl Scouts. She was an only child and enjoyed the company of her troop. i have just a few things that I will be listing. Here we have a working mechanical pencil. i feel like it was used to sign autograph books as was the fashion in the day.
