VINTAGE PIRATE HEAD HARD PLASTIC PENCIL TOPPER 1960'S ERA This Pricetronic listing is for a vintage collectible unused and never sharpened pencil topper that comes as you see pictured in the listing and noted above!!   Age is unknown but looking at the pencil - I want to say 1960's era or maybe even older.   I tried to google the name on the pencil (political office run) but didn't have any luck.
