You twist the top to bring the lead out to write with. It is used the eraser is completely used there is no lead inside and there is wear on the advertising parts.
Longer to do it that way but usually it reads the rounds and Porter Company Kansas Oklahoma Texas Missouri and Nebraska we sell to dealers only.

REFUNDS: All items are sold AS IS and all sales are final. Refunds are ONLY made if there is a significant error in the item description and is not evident in the photos. For a refund to be made, the item must be returned in the same condition as when it was originally shipped and it must be returned within 14 days of receipt of item.
