Vintage Telescoping Mechanical Pencil

Vintage 12" telescoping mechanical pencil ruler. The body is stainless steel, the clip is chromed brass, and the cap and tip are chromed brass. Marked Germany U.S. Zone, which would be late 1945 into the mid 1950's.  There is a dent on the clip side at the cap and some denting on the cap. see the last two pictures. Overall this piece is in very good condition, being seldom used or very well taken care of.
