Condition :   This pencil is pre-owned and in very near mint condition.  The black body and cap have just the very lightest micro-scratches from age.  The gold trim is exceptional with just the very lightest micro-scratches.  No dents, dings, chips, cracks, wear or damage at all on pencil.  Crisp, clear WATERMAN'S MADE IN USA imprint on top of body.  No personalization.  Lead in pencil, original old eraser under cap and works perfect.  My guess is this pencil was never used and it even had the label still on it when I got it but I accidentally polished it off
